Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Specialist to ensure CTMS-based study builds and materials are accurate and ready for use by clinical teams and research sites. You will develop, maintain, and QA systems and materials, partnering with Clinical Operations, sites, Regulatory, Finance, and other teams to support launches and execution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with CTMS platforms such as RealTime CTMS or CRIO.
• Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to handle confidential data in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain studies within CTMS platforms reflecting protocols and sponsor requirements.
• Support clinical research sites in CTMS usage and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study start-up and execution.
• Conduct quality control reviews and UAT of study builds prior to launch.
• Translate study requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Maintain databases and trackers monitoring activities and deliverables.
• Support Budget and Contract teams with accurate study information.
