Responsibilities

• Translate apparel/headwear collections into production-ready art using CTM templates.
• Process production art requests from product, sales, and customer service teams promptly.
• Make revisions including league licensing as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure artwork meets Hot Market deadlines and turnaround standards.
• Collaborate with CTM manager and designers on growth opportunities and options.
• Assist with headwear/apparel graphics for larger product programs.
• Review license changes and updates on the artist dashboard.
• Oversee review of headwear samples and stitch outs.
• Communicate daily with domestic headwear manufacturers to support production flow.
• Verify finished products match artwork and spec sheets (logo size, colors, materials, verbiage, aesthetics).
• Stay updated on licensing guidelines and restrictions.

You'll support production for 47 headwear and apparel styles across key account booking programs, SMU, and Hot Market products, helping the team hit deadlines while maintaining brand and licensing accuracy. The salary range is USD 55,000 to 60,000 per year.

What you'll do

• Translate 47 Apparel and Headwear collections for multiple accounts using graphic templates from CTM Design and logo identity sheets.
• Complete production art requests coming from the Product team, Sales Representatives, and Customer Service in a timely and accurate manner.
• Make customer-requested revisions and league licensing revisions as needed.
• Meet Hot Market artwork deadlines while maintaining art turnaround time standards.
• Collaborate with the CTM manager and designers on design growth opportunities, product boards, and graphic options.
• Assist with headwear and apparel graphics for larger product programs.
• Review and complete license changes and revisions on the artist dashboard.
• Oversee the review of headwear samples and stitch outs.
• Communicate with domestic headwear manufacturers daily to support production flow.
• Ensure the finished product matches artwork and spec sheets, including logo size, colors, materials, verbiage, aesthetics, and overall production quality.
• Stay current on licensing guidelines and restrictions.
