Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or diploma required.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Current NJ RN license; BLS/CPR within 60 days; national certification preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes.
• Identify education needs for patient/family.
• Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
