Job summary

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Team Leader for the Nassau County CTI team, to provide leadership, supervise day-to-day clinical operations, and maintain an active caseload in community-based settings.

You will ensure fidelity to the CTI model, coordinate referrals, transitions, crisis response, documentation, and quality assurance, and cover Team Leader responsibilities in their absence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, human services, or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health or crisis care experience required.
• Experience with CTI or similar model preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Nassau County required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to CTI team, including workload and staffing coverage.
• Maintain an active CTI caseload and deliver community-based services.
• Coordinate referrals, hospital and community transitions, and communications with providers.
• Support documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
