Job summary

Courser seeks a CTEM Engineer to lead continuous vulnerability monitoring, validation, and remediation across managed environments. You will own the CTEM platform, coordinate with MSPs and internal teams, and drive timely risk reduction and remediation efforts.

The role emphasizes exposure management, documentation, reporting, and process improvement to strengthen security posture and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• BS in Cybersecurity/IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in vulnerability management, security operations, or exposure management.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor vulnerabilities across managed environments using CTEM platform and tools.
• Validate detections to focus on verified risk and reduce false positives.
• Coordinate remediation activities to meet SLAs and customer commitments.
• Track remediation progress and report on exposure trends and risk posture.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for vulnerability management performance.
• Assist in improving CTEM processes and automation to accelerate remediation.
