Job summary

Courser is seeking a Continuous Threat Event Monitoring (CTEM) Engineer to lead vulnerability identification, validation, prioritization, and remediation across managed environments. You will own the CTEM platform, coordinate with MSP partners and technical teams, and ensure timely remediation aligned with risk and contractual SLAs.

The role focuses on exposure monitoring, remediation oversight, and reporting, strengthening security posture and reducing organizational risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in vulnerability management, security operations, or related cybersecurity discipline.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scoring (CVSS, KEV) and risk-based remediation.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor vulnerabilities and security exposures across managed environments.
• Validate detections and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Prioritize remediation based on risk, impact, and SLAs.
• Maintain CTEM platform administration and process documentation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics on exposure trends and remediation performance.
• Collaborate with MSPs and internal teams to drive remediation to closure.
• Produce executive-ready reports on vulnerability management outcomes.
