You will own the CTEM platform, coordinate with MSPs and technical teams, and ensure remediation aligns with SLAs and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 1-3 years in vulnerability management or security operations.
• Experience with vulnerability platforms such as Rootshell, Qualys, Nessus, Defender, SentinelOne, Huntress.
• Knowledge of CVSS, KEV and risk‑based remediation approaches.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor vulnerabilities across managed environments using CTEM platform and tools.
• Validate detections to prioritize verified risk and remediation.
• Coordinate remediation activities to meet SLAs and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with MSPs, internal teams, and security stakeholders to drive remediation lifecycle to closure.
• Develop and maintain CTEM dashboards and metrics for executives.
