Job summary

Dauch Corporation, a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier, seeks a Manager of Continuous Threat Exposure Management to lead CTEM and penetration testing across IT and OT environments. You will develop threat detection strategies, prioritize mitigations, and guide vulnerability management with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive cybersecurity experience, leadership, and collaboration with manufacturing/OT teams to strengthen plant cyber security and risk-informed defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat and vulnerability management or penetration testing.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale vulnerability tools (Tenable/Qualys/Rapid7) and pen-testing tools (Burp Suite/Metasploit/Cobalt Strike).
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-115, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CTEM and Penetration Testing across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
• Develop strategic plans to detect threats, identify vulnerabilities, and prioritize risks.
• Supervise internal/external penetration tests, red teaming, and breach simulations.
• Lead vulnerability lifecycle management including scanning, analysis, remediation tracking, and exec reporting.
• Collaborate with enterprise infra and app teams to address vulnerabilities by risk.
