Dysart Unified School District is seeking a Support Specialist for Career and Technical Education to assist in implementing student information systems and to support data collection for program review.

The role requires experience with Infinite Campus - SIS, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple campuses and departments. The position supports CTE inventories and communicates with staff, students, and community partners.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in working with and supporting student information systems in an Arizona school district setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of job acquired knowledge.
• Familiar with business processes involved with Infinite Campus - SIS and information systems.
• Knowledge of Infinite Campus - SIS; Vocational Education preferred.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the implementation of student information systems.
• Conduct follow-up placement survey on all graduates that completed a CTE program.
• Translate detailed program specifications into appropriate computer language code.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of programming projects with appropriate user and staff personnel.
• Report status and progress of assigned tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Work on multiple platforms, in multiple programming languages, with understanding of network operation.
• Work with multiple departments and schools within the district.
• Provide documentation and training to users and staff as directed.
• Visit CTE programs at each High School campus to conduct tracking of all CTE inventory and maintain the CTE Inventory database.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.
