Job summary

The Arizona Department of Education seeks a CTE Program Project Specialist I to create and manage CTSO databases, reports, and related CTSO programs. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities include data reporting, website updates, conference materials, travel coordination, inventory management, and support for CTSO activities. Candidates should have experience with MS Office and data analysis, plus valid fingerprint

Qualifications

• Administrative experience required.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
• Driver’s License may be required for state business.
• Background checks and E-Verify may be required.

Responsibilities

• Compile programmatic data reports for CTSO State Advisor and CTE unit.
• Maintain CTSO website and ensure timely updates.
• Update conferences flyers and guideline materials.
• Provide administrative support for CTSO activities, including scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, travel policies, and printing procedures.
• Develop inventory procedures for CTSO supplies.
• Provide project management support for travel, procurement and reporting.
• Coordinate long-range planning for CTSO training and events.
• Prepare PD certificates for all CTSO trainings.
• Ensure CTSO programs are approved to have a CTSO.
