Job summary

Monroe School District is seeking a part-time CTE Program Support Manager to promote College and Career Readiness opportunities. Based at the District Office, you will collaborate with leaders, staff, and community partners to expand CTE options for students and coordinate related projects.

The role requires experience with data collection/analysis and knowledge of Work Based Learning or CTE. A high school equivalency or higher and First Aid/CPR are preferred, with fingerprint clearances and HR

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Work Based Learning and/or Career and Technical Education.
• Ability to collect and analyze data using technology tools.
• Experience working with students in diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support CTE programs district-wide.
• Meet with students to promote CTE opportunities.
• Provide program support to students and staff as directed by supervisors.
• Coordinate school-to-business collaborations to enhance student success.
• Assist in determining student placements in CTE opportunities based on program needs.
