Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Accommodate diverse learning styles in lesson design.
• Present material according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and use materials and activities suitable for students’ learning needs.
• Collaborate with staff to set instructional goals and adapt curricula as needed for IEPs.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Supervise and guide teacher aides and volunteers.
