Job summary

The Keller ISD’s KELLER CENTER FOR ADVANCED LEARNING in Keller, Texas seeks a Teacher for CTE Computer Maintenance for the 2026-2027 school year. You will deliver engaging in-person instruction aligned with the district curriculum and TEA guidelines, helping students grow intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in subject assigned.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate in English as a Second Language - Required for all Core Subject Teachers
• CTE Teachers: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI)
• Prekindergarten and Kindergarten Teachers: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood
• Physical Education Teachers: AED and CPR certificate

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans for in-person learning that reflect district curriculum and accommodations for differences.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials that address diverse learning styles and needs.
• Conduct assessment of student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with Special Education Teachers to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals and methods per district requirements.
• Plan and supervise work of aides and volunteers and oversee completion.
• Be a positive role model for students.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety protocols.
