Camden County High School in Kingsland, GA is seeking a CTAE Welding Instructor to lead the welding program within the Camden County School System. The position becomes effective immediately and reports to the Camden County School System.

Job description

Position: CTAE Welding Instructor – Camden County High School

Salary: Based on the 2026-27 Approved Camden County Board of Education Salary Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least two (2) years of occupational work experience in welding
• Must pass the GACE Ethics for Teachers Assessment
• Must hold a high school diploma and one of the following or willing to obtain:
• Valid certified welding educator certificate issued by the American Welding Society or
• Valid Level III certificate in Welding issued by the National Center for Construction Education and Research or
• Pass the NOCTI Teacher Assessment in Welding

SECURITY CLEARANCE: House Bill 1187 mandates that all certificated individuals new

to the school system, after July 1, 1994, submit to fingerprinting and a criminal record check.
