Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our values-driven team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging. Sign-on bonus available up to $25,000 and a supportive work environment.

You will perform radiologic procedures, maintain patient safety, and collaborate with OR, ICU, and ED staff, while using PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to ensure accurate image transfer and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered or Registry Eligible for MRI.
• NM State Certification for Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic radiologic procedures with professional and technical skill.
• Provide knowledgeable coverage for the O.R., ICU, and E.D. departments as needed.
• Understand the usage of the DR system, transfer and viewing of images through the PACS system.
• Understand the ordering system through the RIS and EMR systems.
• Maintain, clean, and restock radiology exam rooms after procedures.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Adheres to SJRMC radiology dress code and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Conducts self professionally and pursues ongoing education and training.
