Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA is seeking a radiologic technologist to perform CT and X-ray exams under radiologist supervision. You will use contrast when needed, apply proper technique, and ensure patient safety across all ages from newborns to elderly.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification
• Graduate of accredited ARRT program
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment per specifications and established protocols.
• Adhere to infection control and safety practices in all procedures.
• Produce high-quality images within established protocols and address processing issues.
• Maintain patient records and document procedures in RIS.
• Participate in department meetings and training of new staff and students.
• Assist with non-technical duties such as stocking rooms and transporting patients.
