Day to day as a CT/X-Ray Technologist

As a Full Time CT/X-Ray Technologist at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center, you can expect an engaging and fast-paced work environment! Each day will involve operating advanced imaging equipment, conducting CT and X-ray examinations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You'll collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that sharpens your technical and problem-solving skills. Your expected schedule will be a weekend night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing a unique opportunity to serve patients who require late-night care.

What we're looking for in a CT/X-Ray Technologist

To thrive as a Full Time CT/X-Ray Technologist at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center, you'll need a solid foundation in radiologic technology, having graduated from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology. Registration with the ARRT and a valid Arizona radiology license are essential to practice effectively and confidently in our facility. While previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, it's not a barrier; we're excited to support recent graduates stepping into this role. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate advanced imaging equipment proficiently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
