Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (PRN) to join our team. This role involves providing diagnostic imaging with a focus on patient comfort and safety, working Sundays with additional shifts as needed.

You will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with the care team while upholding radiation safety standards in a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT registration.
• Current state Radiologic Technologist license.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely and accurately.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with physicians and care team.
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies/procedures.
• Assist with maintaining imaging equipment and report any operational concerns.

This position is scheduled to work every Sunday, with additional shifts available as needed to provide coverage.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration.
• Current state Radiologic Technologist license in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment necessary to perform daily responsibilities.
