Job summary

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is seeking a FT CT/X-Ray/IR Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will operate CT, X-Ray and IR equipment under radiologist supervision and provide high-quality patient care.

On-the-job MRI/CT training is available for qualified applicants. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registration, SC license, and BLS certification, with MRI/CT experience

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
One year of radiologic experience.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
MRI/CT Experience is preferred but not required. On the Job training to learn MRI/CT available

Responsibilities

Perform CT/X-Ray/IR procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director/Supervisor.
Operate sophisticated imaging equipment for the above examinations.
Exhibit expertise in patient care based on needs of all patient demographics.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
