Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced CT Technologists for full-time, on-site roles in West Palm Beach, FL. The CT Technologist will operate CT equipment and perform diagnostic imaging in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care, support trauma, stroke, pediatric, and invasive procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Allied Health or Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of six months of relevant clinical experience in trauma, stroke, pediatrics, and invasive procedures.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• CT certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures per established protocols.
• Operate CT scanning equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care during imaging procedures.
• Verify patient information and ensure accuracy of imaging requests and documents.
• Position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Monitor patients and respond to care needs during procedures.
• Follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
