Job Summary

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

Full Time, Rotate

The CT Technologist performs duties directly involved with producing images to detect pathology. Operates equipment safely, maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, the medical staff, and patients.

• c. Follows department policy, and procedures to perform all job functions.
• Patient/Family Education
• a. Explains procedures to patients and family, and demonstrates sensitivity with respect to the family and/or significant other as an individual family unit.
• b. Provide for privacy of the patients
• Equipment Maintenance
• a. Operates all equipment in a safe and effective manner according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Resource Management
• a. Serves as a resource person and assists in the orientation of new associates regarding compliance with imaging specific policies and procedures.
• Documentation / Regulatory Compliance
• a. Adheres to the Radiology compliance of the JCAHO, MQSA, NRC, and other mandated clinical certifying agencies standards
