Job summary

Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT is actively hiring CT Technologists to support the weekend shift. Our CT Technologists perform diagnostic CT procedures and assist radiologists in complex examinations, using proper technique to deliver high-quality images.

The role requires a CT Radiographer license in CT, graduation from an accredited radiography program, and BLS certification. New grads welcome with 6 months radiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• Connecticut state Radiographer license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 6 months experience in Radiology hospital setting preferred; New grads accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures and produce technically accurate cross-sectional images.
• Select correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields.
• Assist radiologist or physician's assistant during complex CT examinations.
