Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT Scanner team for day/evening/night/weekend shifts. The role involves producing cross‑sectional CT images, administering contrast materials, and positioning patients to ensure diagnostic quality.

This weekend/weekender position offers a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 and the opportunity to work with a Magnet-recognized facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist credentialed by ARRT.
• Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT CT) within one year of hire.
• BLS certification per AHA/Red Cross.
• Current state licensure prior to employment.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide CT imaging and patient care at defined levels for all ages.
• Check and prepare patients prior to CT study.
• Acquire chart data/requisition and confirm room setup.
• Verify the study matches diagnostic needs.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope and regulations.
• Perform VNA punctures as needed.
• Maintain CT area and documentation.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Identify equipment issues and report them.
• Maintain equipment readiness and timely operation.
