Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Lafayette, Colorado. Maintain ARRT CT competency, perform exams, verify patient identity, and ensure high-quality images while following radiation safety practices.

The ideal candidate has ARRT CT registration, BLS, state licensure, IV competency, and 3+ years of CT experience in a hospital setting, with a willingness to teach and mentor students and peers.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification with ARRT registration is required on hire.
• BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association within 60 days.
• State licensure in the practice state is required on hire.
• IV competency within 90 days is required.
• 3+ years CT technologist experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and related systems to produce quality images.
• Verify patient identification and prepare for exams.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy, ensuring anatomy is captured.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within time expectations without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated on CT tech advances and participate in education.
