Overview

High performing indicates we are in the top 10% nationally for these specialties or procedures.

Northwest Healthcare, located six miles west of Christian, offers 24-hour emergency care, a Sleep Disorders Center, and outpatient diagnostic and imaging services. The Cat Scan at NWHC features a Siemens Somatom Sensation 16-slice scanner, enabling faster scans and reduced radiation exposure. CT services are available same-day.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (such as CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment, including quality control.

Responsibilities

1. Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
2. Performs studies independently, including on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required.

• Associate or Trade School equivalent

• IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
• RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
