Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is expanding with a new Neurological Institute and seeks a CT Technologist to join the Weekender team at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The role supports the Neuro Expansion project and collaborates closely with teams across the Main Campus to deliver high-quality CT imaging.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00am–8:30pm, in a state-of-the-art facility designed for complex neurological care, with comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(R) (ARRT) in good standing.
• Obtain certification in Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire.
• BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire patients chart data/requisition and review to determine correct room setup and any contraindications.
• Verify the study ordered correlates to the diagnostic needs.
• Educate patients regarding procedure, equipment and exam to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Maintain all aspects of the CT area, including technical and clerical components for QA and documentation.
