Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required on hire or as applicable.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• State licensure as applicable, upon hire.
• IV competency within 90 days of hire.
• Level II: ARRT CT registration and 3+ years CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and info systems to produce quality images.
• Verify patient identity and prepare patient for the exam.
• Perform exams per department protocol and review images for quality.

Education

ARRT (R) Certification – Required (Upon Hire)

Certified CT Technologist – ARRT (R)(CT) Preferred

BLS Certification – Required

State licensure – Required

IV competency – Required

Fluoroscopy Certification – Preferred

CT Technologist experience – 1–2 years (Level I)

CT Technologist experience – 3+ years (Level II)
