Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT scans per radiologist protocols and assist during IR CT procedures in the CT department. You will maintain equipment and supplies, report issues, and participate in clinical activities while following infection prevention policies and PPE guidelines.

Required AMA-approved Radiologic Technologist program graduate status, and enrollment in a CT program; BLS, NJ-RADTECH license, and ARRT CT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Must be enrolled in a qualified Computed Tomography program.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAT scan procedures following protocols established by the radiologist.
• Operate the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.
• Maintain the work area by reporting maintenance issues, monitor supplies and deficiencies.
• Adhere to all infection prevention policies and use appropriate PPE.
