Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT, to perform CAT scan procedures and operate the CT scanner in the CT department. You will adhere to radiologist protocols and participate in clinical activities.

Required certifications include ARRT, NJ-RADTECH, and BLS; CT program enrollment preferred. The position is full-time and on-site at our Camden-area facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Enrollment in or graduation from a qualified Computed Tomography program preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ARRT License.
• NJ-RADTECH License.
• ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred; if not at hire, within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAT scan procedures following radiologist protocols.
• Operate CT scanner during IR procedures.
• Maintain the work area, report maintenance issues and monitor supplies.
• Participate in clinical activities and adhere to infection prevention policies with PPE.
