Job summary

RadNet is hiring a CT Technologist Trainee in Towson, MD. You will join a dedicated team delivering quality imaging services and patient care. You will learn proper CT procedures, patient prep, positioning, contrast handling under supervision, and assist with image processing and QA tasks.

Required are an accredited radiology program, current ARRT(R) license, and a State CT license; BLS is required. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered along with comprehensive benefits and a 36–38 USD hourly pay

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiology program required.
• Must have ARRT(R) license and a State CT license.
• ARRT CT certification within required timeframe per RadNet policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing patients for CT exams and explain procedures.
• Learn positioning techniques, immobilization, and safety procedures under supervision.
• Observe and assist with contrast administration under supervision where applicable.
• Support technologists with image processing, PACS transmission, and QA checks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in training to gain competency in CT imaging.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for procedures.
• Provide compassionate care during imaging, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
• Learn full CT Technologist scope while performing related duties.
