Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago seeks a CT Technologist Trainee (Non-Certified) – Radiology (ARRT Required) to begin hands-on imaging training and join a fast-paced hospital team.

You will train to CT with on-the-job instruction, work toward ARRT CT certification within 6 months, and develop skills in patient positioning, image capture, and collaboration with Radiologists for accurate diagnostic results.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology state license is required.
• Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire
• ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Train into CT with hands‑on experience — assist in real procedures alongside experienced CT Techs.
• Capture high‑quality diagnostic images — follow protocols using advanced imaging technology.
• Deliver great patient care — safely prepare and position patients for efficient exams.
• Work closely with Radiologists — support procedures and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Stay sharp on standards — maintain safety, infection control, and accurate documentation
