Job summary

UF Health in Florida seeks a CT Technologist. Under the direction of Department Manager and in association with radiologists, the technologist provides quality patient care while minimizing radiation exposure.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited radiology program, State of FL Certified Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer license (CT preferred), ARRT certification (CT preferred), BLS, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Responding to patient needs and supporting colleagues to provide quality patient care.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patient, self and health care team while performing CT procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and department manager to ensure standard of practice is followed.
