Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Texas is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver exceptional patient care and technical acumen in operating diagnostic imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications, including certifications and relevant experience in radiological imaging, and will work flexibly including weekends and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience in Radiological Imaging preferred.
• Certifications required by TMB and AHA.
• Proficiencies in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of CT scanners and related clinical equipment.

Job Summary
The computed tomography (CT) technologist is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program

Licenses & Certifications:
Cert Medical Radiologic Techby the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
Basic Life Support from a hospital- based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program
Cert Computed Tomography Tech by the ARRT

Work Experience: Two (2) years experience in Radiological Imaging preferred

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing /Correspondence

Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel
