Mass General Brigham's Salem Hospital is hiring a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams with competence and minimal supervision. Under the CT Manager's direction, you will ensure image quality, patient safety, and collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include an accredited Radiologic Technology program, MA licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Radiologic Technology required.
• Massachusetts Department of Public Health licensure to practice Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) preferred.
• ARRT-CT Certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Radiologic Technologist License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations independently while maintaining excellent image quality and patient safety.
• Verify patient identity, exam details, clinical history, and imaging protocols before each procedure.
• Prepare, position, and support patients with clear communication and compassionate care.
• Administer contrast and monitor patients in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, emergency teams, and other clinical partners to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Respond effectively in urgent and emergency situations while maintaining an organized workflow.
• Complete required quality-control activities and promptly communicate equipment or safety concerns.
• Serve as a resource for students and colleagues as assigned.
