Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Salem Hospital seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams with independence and exceptional image quality. You will verify study details, position patients, administer contrast, and coordinate with radiologists, nurses, and teams to ensure timely diagnosis.

The role requires an accredited Radiologic Technology program, Massachusetts licensure, ARRT registration, and BLS. You will join a supportive team with opportunities to advance CT expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations independently with high image quality and patient safety.
• Verify patient details, clinical history, and imaging protocols before procedures.
• Prepare, position, and assist patients with clear, compassionate communication.
• Administer contrast and monitor patients as per protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and emergency teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Respond effectively in urgent situations while maintaining workflow.
• Complete quality-control activities and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Serve as a resource for students and colleagues.
