Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a CT Technologist to join the CT Scan Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time role focused on performing CT procedures, patient positioning, and ensuring safety and image quality in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

1-2 years Radiology Technologist experience.
Customer service experience.
Experience working in a hospital setting.
Certification in Computed Tomography from ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Performing high-quality (CT) procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.
