Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a staff Radiologic Technologist to prepare patients for examinations and assist radiologists in imaging procedures. You will review orders, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety standards across assigned units.

The role requires ARRT CT registration and a Florida General Radiographer license, with BLS/CPR certification. Training and cross-department experience are encouraged to support reliable patient care and department operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered by ARRT (CT) and hold a current Florida General Radiographer license from the Dept. of HRS, Radiation Control.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an AMA Accredited Educational Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examination and performs specialty radiologic exams as directed by physician.
• Assists radiologist/physician during procedures and reviews orders prior to imaging.
• Maintains, inspects, and stocks radiology supplies and equipment; adheres to safety protocols.
