Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Prefer at least one year of CT procedures experience.
• ARRT certification and maintenance; CRT licensure; ARR-T (CT) within 6 months of employment; Venipuncture certificate with 10-stick attestation; Current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans and diagnostic radiographic procedures with minimal supervision.
• Uses electronic system to verify and process orders.
• Maintains infection control and hospital policies and clean work area.
• Explains procedures to patients and answers questions to reduce anxiety.
• Adheres to patient safety and joint commission standards.
