Medical City Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist for its Free Standing ER in Red Oak. This part-time role, involving weekend shifts, requires the delivery of high-quality imaging services while ensuring patient care and safety. Successful candidates will hold a valid Texas MRT license and ARRT certification. Qualifications

• Current License as an MRT by the State of Texas required.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (CT) required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Must be graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.
• Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary.
• Assess image quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Release customers with proper post-procedure instructions.
• Prepare the room using aseptic technique between patients and clean equipment.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application of the ionizing radiation in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards. The CT Technologist provides high-quality computerized tomography images of the used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. We are an amazing team, that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you, who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:
