Job summary

Baptist M&S Imaging Medical Center is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures and provide compassionate patient care. The role requires ARRT CT certification, Texas MRT license, CPR, and 2–5 years of CT experience.

The candidate should be adept at IV starts and contrast injections and stay current with radiologic practices. The position supports imaging operations from early morning to evening shifts (7am–7pm), with focus on accuracy, safety, and excellent patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT CT certification and current registry.
• Texas MRT license required.
• CPR certification required.
• CT experience of 2–5 years.
• Ability to start IVs and inject contrast.

CT Technologist - PT - Baptist M&S Imaging Medical Center

Performs diagnostic procedures utilizing imaging equipment while providing quality care to patients of all ages. Requires self motivation to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease and new procedures as they evolve. Hours: 7am - 7pm

Required Skills

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Specific Training in Computerized Tomography-GE VCT required
• Two to five years experience specific to CT
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT.
• Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist - (MRT)
• CPR certified.

Required Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
• 0-1 years of experience with competency in components of computed tomography
• Possession of current registry in Radiology and CT
• Possession of current state registration (as applicable to the state in which the position resides)
• AHA BLS required upon hire
• Skilled in starting IV’s and injection of contrast
