Job summary

Lumexa Imaging in Beaumont, TX seeks a motivated CT Technologist for PRN coverage at our outpatient imaging center. You will perform high-quality CT procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and support radiologists with accurate imaging and documentation.

The ideal candidate is ARRT certified with CT registry, graduates from an accredited RT program, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• ARRT CT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and CT safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.
