Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia is seeking a CT Technologist to join its imaging team. You will perform CT procedures, select appropriate protocols, and ensure high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, a minimum of 1 year in Radiology, and BLS certification. Join a collaborative care environment in a leading health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA.
• Maintain rooms/equipment per infection control schedules.
• Verify patient identity and orders; obtain history.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Document studies in RIS/PACS; finalize exams.
• Monitor patient condition and assist in emergencies.
• Support department flow and station cleanliness.
