Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support CT and radiography services across departments. The role requires flexibility to meet department needs and a focus on delivering safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include proper patient positioning, verification of orders, contrast safety, equipment maintenance and timely image delivery while maintaining patient privacy and comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certification required after hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic exams with proper patient positioning.
• Verify orders and patient identity; ensure contrast safety.
• Maintain equipment and infection control; ensure radiation safety.
• Document results and communicate with radiologist and team.
