Job summary

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners and power injectors, position patients, and manage contrast injections. The role requires a Radiology Technology program graduate, a Tennessee X-Ray Operator license, and at least one year of CT experience.

Advanced CT certification is preferred, with ARRT registration required within 12 months of hire. ACR accreditation support and strict confidentiality are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Minimum of one year CT scan experience.
• Licensed as X-Ray Operator by the Tennessee Department of Health.
• ARRT registry; ARRT CT registration within 12 months if not already registered.
• BLS certification required.
• Advanced CT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and power injectors with precision.
• Position patients using appropriate devices and PPE.
• Load and operate contrast media injections.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow.
• Assist with ACR accreditation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and procedures.
