Job summary

A leading healthcare system is seeking a CT Technologist PRN in Denver, Colorado. This role involves using CT scanners to create medical images and requires expertise in CT procedures and ARRT certification. As a CT Technologist, you will prepare patients for scans, operate the equipment, and ensure quality imaging. The position has no travel requirements and values patient interaction and consideration. The compensation ranges from $38.60 to $59.16 hourly based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program; certification by ARRT required.
• 1 year diagnostic experience required; CT experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of CT procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Use CT equipment to produce cross-section images for diagnosis.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Skills

Solid to expert knowledge of CT procedures

Ability to communicate effectively

Basic Cardiac Life Support

Education

Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved Radiologic Technology program

ARRT(RT)(CT) certification
