HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to join our radiology team. Under Radiology Director supervision, you will perform ionizing procedures, operate CT/X-ray equipment, and maintain ALARA standards while delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT certification in radiologic technology, is proficient in CT imaging, and demonstrates strong teamwork with staff and physicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Fingerprint required
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

Job Summary And Qualifications

Under the direction of the Radiology Director or Radiology Supervisor, performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develops and organizes films. Operates equipment safely and maintains ALARA standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of the A.R. R.T. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Other-Fingerprint Required
