Job summary

Cochise Oncology, located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide computed tomography procedures, assist in medical diagnosis formulation, and ensure patient safety while following regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides computed tomography procedures using CT technology.
• Assists physicians to formulate medical diagnosis.
• Conducts computerized tomography exams and documents results.
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provides computed tomography procedures to produce imaging using CT technology
• Assists physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements
• Conducts computerized tomography exams and documents clinically appropriate results for the interpretive physician and records
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety to provide a safe environment for patients and staff

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Successful completion of a radiology program at an accredited school
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
• State licensure, where required
