Job summary

Premier Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures across our Tennessee facilities. You will assist physicians with diagnoses, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and document imaging results for interpretation by radiologists.

The role focuses on producing high-quality diagnostic CT scans while maintaining patient safety and accurate records. Join a team dedicated to excellence in imaging and patient care across a broad network.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiology program.
• Current ARRT registration.
• State licensure where required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Competency in venipuncture, aseptic technique and contrast administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide CT procedures to produce diagnostic imaging.
• Assist physicians with formulation of medical diagnoses while complying with safety standards.
• Conduct CT exams and document results for interpretation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety to ensure a safe environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provides computed tomography procedures to produce imaging using CT technology
• Assist Physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements
• Conduct computerized tomography exams and document clinically appropriate results for interpretive physician and records
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety to provide a safe environment for patients and staff

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Successful completion of a radiology program at an accredited school
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
• State licensure, where required
• BCLS required
• Competency in venipuncture, aseptic technique, universal precautions and documentation, contrast administration, and use of power injector
