Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification and RI license are required.
• Must protect patients and operate CT equipment safely per QA/QC standards.
• Excellent patient interaction and teamwork with radiologists/staff required.
• Willingness to cross-train in other modalities and maintain CME logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT technologist duties as scheduled.
• Conduct QA/QC and ensure proper scanner operation.
• Maintain radiation safety and use lead shielding.
• Coordinate with reception to optimize patient flow.
• Obtain medical history and provide exam instructions to patients.
• Assist radiologist as needed.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and completeness.
• Maintain records and order supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and patient confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other modalities as needed.
