Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current Texas MRT license (or temporary) required.
• ARRT-CT registration preferred or NMTCB-CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans on patients; prepares and positions for scan.
• Explains procedure; administers contrast when necessary.
• Enters and monitors patient data; adheres to safety protocols.
• Performs QA on CT equipment; may assist with accreditation processes.
• Takes emergency calls; may work weekends and float to other locations.
